Account Termination and Suspension

FlashScoreLine reserves the right to dismiss, end, or suspend any services with or without cause at our sole discretion. Misuse of our ticketing, LiveChat, or support systems by submitting inappropriate requests or complaints may result in account suspension or termination. This platform operates as an independent service; you should contact us only for issues directly related to our services. FlashScoreLine enforces all applicable laws and regulations; any attempt to violate these rules will result in immediate action.

Service Requests

• Configuration Requests: Customers with fully managed dedicated servers can request custom PHP/MySQL configurations, dedicated IP firewalls, DNS settings, and HTTPD configurations.
• Software Requests: CPanel extension installations are allowed if they do not interfere with server security, stability, or performance.
• Emergency Support: FlashScoreLine does not provide emergency support, phone support, or LiveChat support. Response times may vary.
• Webmaster Support: We do not offer support for webmaster-related issues such as coding, installations, or error-solving. We can assist with server configuration issues where feasible.
• Backups: While FlashScoreLine maintains backups, we are not responsible for data loss. Customers are fully responsible for their own backups.

Prohibited Content and Activities

• Illegal Content: FlashScoreLine strictly prohibits child pornography, phishing pages, malicious botnets, spam-related materials, and any form of harassment.
• Server Exploitation: Running any exploitation scripts or attempting to hack or exploit the server will result in immediate account termination to protect other users.
• Resource Abuse: Abuse of server resources, including cronjobs, will result in suspension or termination.
• Mailing Restrictions: FlashScoreLine prohibits the use of PHP/CGI proxies, CGI-IRC, fake or disposable mailers, and mass mailing or email marketing.

No Refund Policy

No credits or refunds will be issued for service interruptions due to violations of the User Agreement. FlashScoreLine does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed and must be used for services offered on our platform, including hosting and SEO campaigns. Filing a dispute or chargeback after a deposit will result in account termination and exclusion from our site.

Ownership and Warranty

FlashScoreLine retains ownership of all products, whether modified or unmodified. Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty, and we do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, modules, or browsers.

Unauthorized/Illegal Usage

You may not use FlashScoreLine's services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. This includes promoting violence, terrorism, explicit content, or any other activities that violate local, national, or international laws. Unauthorized use of our services may result in account termination and legal action.

Fiverr, Seoclerks Sellers, or Affiliates

FlashScoreLine does not guarantee specific delivery times for SEO campaigns. Orders are processed based on estimates, and we are not responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or account bans due to late delivery. Use our SEO services at your own risk.

Free Balance/Coupon Policy

FlashScoreLine reserves the right to review and deduct free balances, coupons, or deposit offers from accounts if misuse is detected. Accounts with negative balances due to such deductions may be suspended, and reactivation will require settling the balance.

Support

Once you have downloaded a product, you may contact us for support via email. We will do our best to address issues, with minor fixes handled through email and more significant updates applied to the core package. Support is available only to verified users through our ticketing system.
